LGBTQ+ Centers

Because the LQL Project is based in Washington state, here are a few regional LGBTQ+ Centers. For out of state resources, use the link below to see a website that compiles queer services and organizations by state.

Gay City: Seattle's LGBTQ Center

 Gay City has been supporting queer community since 1995. The organization has much to offer:  HIV/STI testing from their wellness center, city transportation fare aid, Queer art featured in an art newsletter and even teen programs and resources. 

Lambert House

Lambert House is a youth center in the heart of Capitol hill. Drop in anytime on weekdays after 4:00pm (a short orientation is required for newcomers) to relax and make new friends or chat with volunteers and staff. Engage in one of many groups to find community with others who share your identity, or take part in an even or field trip. Lambert house also offers dinners, case management, advocacy, and basic needs for youth who need it.

Oasis Youth Center Tacoma

Oasis Youth center is the only queer support and drop-in center in Pierce County of its kind. Offering 11 programs, from yoga to open mikes to just having a chat with peers, for ages 11-14 and 14-24. They also have a listing of local resources that anyone can access on their website.

Pizza Klatch Olympia

Pizza Klatch is a lunchtime support group for queer youth and allies that takes place during lunch times of participating schools in Thurston county. They also hold online gaming groups for queer youth and allies of participating Thurston county schools. Their website also has resource pages.
